Legal Counsel – Construction
Location: London, Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield or Leeds with flexible home working 1-2 days a week
Salary: £Competitive Package
A rare opportunity for a Construction lawyer to join a leading FTSE company, where you will be working on a diverse range of construction and engineering matters.
Working within a small and highly supportive team you will manage a portfolio of public and private sector construction dispute resolution cases as well as providing support on high value contractual disputes.
You may currently be working in-house or within private practice. Either way you will have a good working knowledge of standard form construction contracts, in particular the NEC and JCT suite of contracts and a proven ability to handle a varied and complex caseload including running a number of disputes simultaneously.
