The firm in question are growing their already strong practice, starting with their highly-regarded property department.
This opportunity would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) with a solid background dealing with quality commercial property matters, and acting for a variety of clients such as businesses, individuals, banks, and local authorities. The firm's commercial property department is Legal 500 recommended in its own right and covers a wide range of work, including commercial property development, property refinancing and site acquisitions, and the sale and purchase of commercial properties such as large investment properties.
Although the firm has extremely well-built, existing client relationships, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
