A Real Estate Associate Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with an International firm working from home. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience along with a fantastic benefits package.
This well-known, International firm operates in multiple locations across the UK and the US. They have clients across many sectors including FTSE 100 clients, PLCs, Public sector clients, large national companies as well as acting for International clients.
Your role will be due diligence in relation to a range of Real Estate and Real Estate Finance matters to include reviewing documents and preparing reports, negotiating and reporting to the teams in Manchester and London as well as clients. This is a real alternative career path for someone who wants to step away from fee earning but, still be involved with high quality, technical work.
Applications are invited from Real Estate Associates or Solicitors with at least 6 years PQE. You should have strong transactional Real Estate experience gained at an International, National or leading Regional firm. It is essential that you are technical, commercially minded and be self-motivated as you will be fully working from home. Whilst you will be working remotely you will be part of a National team and be fully supported.
