Junior Corporate Solicitor.
A leading tier 1 Legal 500 firm in Luton is looking to hire a newly qualified corporate solicitor due to a period of substantial and consistent growth.
Ideally you will be a newly qualified to 1 year PQE solicitor, ideally you will have completed the minimum of a 8 month seat in pure corporate work at a firm with an established corporate and commercial presence, ideally locally within a leading regional firm.
Your experience will include M&A transactions, joint ventures, MBI/MBOs and corporate finance. You will work on high value transactions (circa £15m+ in the past) for both UK and international companies, working with and alongside highly regarded partners with experience gained both from within the firm and from prominent City based practices.
The firm can offer a leading regional salary and excellent ongoing support, training and career development, along with exposure to very high value and complex work supervising matters for their regional and top end city based clientele.
