LVI & Fraud Litigation Executive.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come on board with the regions leading Personal Injury Insurance specialist practice, operating within their fast growing and friendly LVI & Fraud department in Liverpool, Merseyside.
Their LVI & Fraud department has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months, and as they have received a number of new instructions from their industry leading insurer clients. They are looking for a confident and competent LVI & Fraud Litigation Executive (Fee Earner or Solicitor) to come on board.
You will handle your own caseload LVI & Fraud RTA files, and be able to work confidently with little to no supervision. You'll have full support from paralegals & administrators within the department to ensure that claim is dealt with to the highest standard. Your caseload will mainly consist of litigated LVI & Fraud matters, so it is essential that you can demonstrate strong litigation skills, and be able to pick up a litigated caseload easily, and hit the ground running.
