Kennedys is seeking to recruit a Litigation Assistant to assist with defendant personal injury claims in our Sheffield office. This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on defendant personal injury work.

Type of Cases:
- Employers and Public Liability - Defendant
Experience
Essential:
- Law degree
- 12 months' experience of defendant personal injury claims gained within a law firm. Claimant experience will be considered
- Instructing experts and taking witness statements.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the personal injury pre-action protocol.
- Defendant Employers and Public Liability litigation work.
