3 Month FTC: High Level Aviation Finance Paralegal at US Law firm to £35,000

Top US law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their very busy and growing Aviation Finance department on an initial 3 Month FTC .  This position will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking paid overtime.  Responsibilities will include providing general support to Fee- Earners under close supervision, assisting on matter opening tasks, assisting on transaction management from commencement to closing, in particular keeping up-to-date working bibles, creating condition precedent checklists and updating as applicable, proofreading, preparing execution versions and/or signature packs and assisting on preparation of signing instructions, general post-closing assistance including but not limited to, creating bibles (electronic or hard-copy), collating original, documents and circulating to relevant parties, assist on selected technical and legal drafting tasks, taking notes during conference calls and meetings, conducting company searches and matter-related legal research, file registrations on the International Registry and liaise with the International Registry, file priority notices and mortgages with the CAA, being the point of contact for foreign civil aviation authority matters, liaising with foreign counsel. Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 6-12 months from within Aviation or International Finance, preferably from within a City law firm.  Candidates needs to have a Law Degree/GDL/LPC.
