Enfranchisement Locum - Top Surrey Law Firm
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Enfranchisement Solicitor or fee earner for a very well regarded firm based in Surrey.
The firm is looking for someone to come in to assist the department due to a solicitor illness within the department. The role is offering a high amount of flexibility with the firm considering candidates who are happy to work between 3-5 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with Enfranchisement and Leasehold Reform matters. Further to this, experience dealing with landlords and tenants and the ability to handle lease extensions, house enfranchisements and collective enfranchisements.
The client appreciates this is a niche area of law and will welcome candidates that have partial experience too.
The position is offering a competitive hourly rate and is to start as soon as possible.
