Residential Property Legal Secretary.
The perfect role has arisen for a residential property legal secretary looking for a part-time position based in Selby with one of North Yorkshire’s leading law firms.
This is a 3 day a week (Wednesday - Friday) opportunity which offers professional support and development along with 25 days holiday, pension, a good work/life balance and recognition for the small things you do.
You will be joining one of North Yorkshire’s largest firms with a reputation for placing a strong emphasis on supporting and developing its staff.
To be successful in this role you will need previous experience as a residential property legal secretary as this position is to support the firms fee earners, be experienced with audio and copy typing, have previous experience using IT systems: digital dictation, case management, MS Word and outlook.

Your key responsibilities:
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio and copy typing as well as amending and formatting complex documents
- Attending clients both in person and over the phone and provide assistance in a professional and friendly manner
- Take messages, book meetings and appointments, and maintain an up to date diary for Fee Earners
- Administering files as well as opening files on case management system and their day to day maintenance – making best use of Proclaim to ensure maximum efficiency
- Providing support to other secretaries and Fee Earners when necessary
