Are you a residential conveyancing solicitor looking for locum work in a practice based in Swindon. The Conveyancing team handle all aspects of residential property requirements. Whether it be a sale, purchase, re-mortgage or transfer of your property. They also advise on a range of property related matters.
They are confident that like most their existing clients, that once a new client has experienced the level of service they offer, they will return to them whenever they have a conveyancing need.
They are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer to join their office on going basis starting Immediately.
The role will involve you handling sales and purchase, freehold, leasehold, mortgage and shared ownership.
A strong background in property is key. they are open to both qualified solicitors and Licensed conveyancers to apply to due to the immediate start.
