Residential Conveyancer.
A residential conveyancer is being sought by a dynamic and growing conveyancing practice based in Watford.
The ideal residential conveyancer will have around 2 years' experience of dealing with the sale, purchase and remortgage of freehold and leasehold property. The firm pride themselves on offering first rate customer service, and have a growing reputation within the local and wider market. You will work alongside senior members of staff handling your own caseload of around 100 files, and ongoing training, support and development is on offer with excellent prospects as the firm continue to expand. The firm can offer a market rate salary along with medical insurance, birthday leave, and stock options.
