In House - Corporate Finance Solicitor

My client, an International Financial Services Institution based in Central London is looking for a junior qualified solicitor to join their Primary Market and AIM regulation team. The team is predominantly dedicated for investigation and enforcement of non-compliance of its rule book.

The role involves running basic investigations to develop forensic and legal skills in order to run complex cases. You will be required to provide support on; research, analysis and basic investigation. You will be given a small case load of your own to run and the role would evolve into taking more high profiles cases. They are looking for a confident individual willing to take accountability of their work.

We are ideally looking for NQ-2 PQE solicitors with experience in corporate finance especially having knowledge and experience in AIM work.
