One of the UK's leading contractors, specialised in infrastructure projects, is seeking a new Legal Counsel to join to their team in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a 1-2 year PQE* solicitor from a strong private practice construction and engineering law background with a keen interest in pursuing a career in-house.
Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will be responsible for providing legal advice across a wide range of matters including drafting and negotiating
general commercial contracts and standard form construction and engineering contracts; handling disputes and insurance claims; and providing legal training across the wider business.
This is a highly autonomous role within an organisation that rewards those take initiative and have the confidence to pave their own career path from a number of opportunities available to them across the wider Group, both in the UK and internationally.
