Lexcel-accredited firm in Cardiff requires a qualified Personal Injury Litigator to deal with RTA matters.
Managing your own caseload of non-MoJ pre-litigation RTA claimant personal injury claims, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a successful team. Your caseload will involve complex issues of liability and approximately 50% will be litigated at any one time.

- Profitably managing non-MoJ pre-litigation RTA claimant personal injury claims
- Assessing liability and evaluating quantum
- Obtaining and considering medical records
- Negotiating settlements
- Attending court hearings and trials
- Assisting in the training of lesser experienced litigators
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from solicitors from NQ plus and legal executives with a similar level of experience in personal injury matters
- With a proven track record in a personal injury environment, the majority of your experience will be in the field of litigation
- An understanding of technical quantum issues is required
- With excellent communication skills, you will excel in client care
- Good computer and keyboard skills are essential
- The successful Personal Injury Litigator will work well within a team
- Overall, key attributes requested by the firm are: commerciality; attention to detail; proven time management ability; good organisational skills and; the ability to meet tight deadlines
