Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Cambridge

BCL Legal is working along side a top tier firm in Cambridge who are seeking a 2 years' + PQE defendant clinical negligence solicitor to join its specialist defendant clinical negligence team.

The Role:

-This is a position for a qualified solicitor ideally with at least 2 years' PQE in defendant clinical negligence and ideally have experience of handling NHSR claims.
-The team act for the NHS as well as individual trusts.
-The firm's defendant clinical negligence lawyers are experienced litigators appearing in county courts, coroners' courts and the High Court.
-They are one of the few firms appointed to sit on the NHSR Panel.

The candidate:

-Ideally you will have minimum 12 month's experience in handing your own litigated caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims.
-If you are a solicitor with claimant clinical negligence experience with a demonstrable interest in defendant work, you are encouraged to apply.
-Academics are important to this firm and you should only apply if you have a minimum 2:1 and strong A-levels.
-You'll be self motivated with an outgoing personality, resilient and calm under pressure.
