NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor/ CILEX, Reading.

A Legal 500, Top tier firm are recruiting for an NQ solicitor or CILEX with 3 years experience handling clinical negligence claims to join their growing team based in Reading.

This is a market leading team recognised for their clinical negligence work - a strong academic track record and a solid career history will be expected from potential applicants

The Role:
- To Handle your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence cases including both pre litigated and litigated claims.
- Claims will include but not limited to delay/misdiagnosis, amputations and wrongful births.
- You will be required to assist senior solicitors on higher value and complex claims.
- Work with sensitive clients.

Candidate Requirement:
- Ideally you be a NQ solicitor that is handling your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims
- You will be an NQ with a training seat in claimant or defendant clinical negligence.
- The team would also encourage applications from junior defendant healthcare lawyers interested in handling clinical negligence claims
-Applications from CILEX qualified lawyers with minimum three years experience handling litigated clinical negligence claims would be welcomed
