A technically skilled and knowledgeable Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is required to join a longstanding practice in their central Newcastle location. Joining a hugely successful team, you must have prior experience of running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing and be confident dealing with a high volume of cases.

The Role:


This is an exciting time to join the practice as they are currently in a period of growth and expansion.
Their Residential Conveyancing department in particular are hugely successful and are CQS and LEXCEL accredited.
You must be able to hit the ground running with a busy Residential Conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
This will cover sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold and remortgage work.

The Candidate:


For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Residential Conveyancing, as well as a real interest in this practice area.
You must have a proven past experience of running your own high volume caseload from start to completion under minimum supervision. The team are very busy and are hoping to find someone who can come in and really hit the ground running.
