My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers rated full service law firm, with a strong presence in the South West/Wales area. Offering a broad range of legal services clients including FTSE 100 listed companies, small, medium and large enterprises, as well as sports associations, land owners and high net worth individuals.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Cardiff, and work on a varied caseload including site acquisitions and disposals, contract and lease negotiation, and landlord and tenant matters. You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from small organisations, right through to global publicly quoted companies, on all aspects of commercial property transactions.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with 1-3 years' experience, but this is a guideline and my client will consider candidates with more or less experience than this.
