Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity to join an international brand within the media sector.

Our client is seeking a legal counsel to join a worldwide legal team. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contract drafting and negotiation of complex technology-related, advertising and data and other agreements
• Advising, developing and implementing strategies for various parts of the business
• Maintaining an up to date understanding of industry and legal issues.

The successful lawyer will have:

•  Have experience in drafting commercial contracts
• An interest in technology, in particular advertising technologies
• Have a knowledge of privacy/data protection
