Dealing with a variety of civil litigation and debt recovery matters across a wide range of clients, this position will require a full-participation in business development. Responsibilities may include the following:
Responsibilities
• Bulk recoveries both asset and debt
• Pre-legal collections
• Complex litigation
• Business development
• Debt collection
• Inheritance disputes
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Statutory demands
• Bankruptcy
The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors and legal executives with 1-4 years’ PQE
• Previous litigation experience is essential
• Experience in asset and debt recovery is favourable
• Ideally, you have gained experience at a practice with a relevant track record
• A high level of skill in conducting your own advocacy would be greatly advantageous
• The successful candidate will be a confident negotiator and have a desire for professional development
