A leading firm who are continuing to expand nationally are seeking a Residential Conveyancer looking to work from home.
If you live in Manchester, Cheshire or Lancashire and want to work under your own supervision and would also like the opportunity to move your career from the office to your home, then this could be the opportunity for you.
One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal) to join its home working team which continues to grow.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions including: Complex matters, shared ownership, new build, right to buy, and remortgages. Maintaining focus on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors.
To be considered for this role, you must be well versed in handling a broad conveyancing caseload and will likely have 3 years' + experience in handling 80+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support.
Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from a competitive salary up to c£35,000, an attractive bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction. You can be based anywhere within the North West in particular Manchester, Cheshire, and Lancashire.
