Childcare Lawyer

Our client a local authority based in West London is actively seeking a Childcare Lawyer for an ongoing temporary position.

Our client is a forward thinking local authority with an excellent reputation on the market. The successful candidate will be required to carry a caseload of between 10-15 cases with a mixture of both cases in proceedings and pre-proceedings.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate strong advocacy skills and have a proven track record of managing complex work. You will provide information on developments in the law affecting child care and will be required to attend Adoption Panel meetings.

Previous local authority experience would be advantageous. Candidates from the private sector with public childcare experience are encouraged to apply.
