IT Legal Counsel
Our client, an international FTSE company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join them on a 2 month contract
The role will involve advising the IT function on legal matters and dealing with their IT Supplier contracts. These transactions involve infrastructure, outsourcing, resourcing, software licensing, maintenance and support, etc. You'll also need to be able to identify and mitigate the possible risk in these arrangements.
You will be expected to have at least 5 years PQE with in-house experience, either on secondment or having worked for a major global business. Significant IT experience is a must.
