This Banking & Finance team boast an impressive portfolio of clients including financiers and borrowers and offers the opportunity to undertake a broad mix of work including:

- Bank & asset finance
- Property & development finance
- Private Equity
- Capital market and asset-backed securitisation
- Corporate recovery and restructuring
- Treasury products and derivatives
- Housing finance
- Sports law

The team have an outstanding reputation in the market and despite being a regional firm, most of the senior lawyers have many years' experience working for market leading firms in Birmingham and London. As such, the successful candidate would learn from experts in the market.

About the person

The Banking & Finance Solicitor will be an NQ qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 6 months experience gained at a well-respected City or National firm. Candidates with more experience will be strongly considered.
