Corporate Solicitor

A leading firm in Sheffield are looking for a graduate or junior Corporate Solicitor to join them for a full-time role on a permanent basis. You will be based in the firm’s modern and spacious offices in the centre of Sheffield, close to transport links.

Responsibilities of your new role

As Corporate Solicitor you can expect to have duties including:

• Working with top tier clients across a variety of industries; and
• Assisting with a range of corporate transactions including M&A, equity capital markets work, cross-border transactions, group reorganisations and private equity work.

Candidate requirements

The firm are looking to speak with Corporate Solicitor applicants who can demonstrate:

• Qualified Solicitor or a trainee Solicitor approaching qualification within the next 6 months;
• NQ-3 years of Corporate PQE or a minimum of a 6-month Corporate seat;
• Strong academics; and
• Pro-active self-starter with commitment to delivering outstanding client service
