Senior Legal Counsel – Europe and Africa
Our client, known as the best in their field for strategic risk consultancy, operating on a global scale are looking for a Regional Senior Legal Counsel to head their commercial contracts team in London working alongside their Group General Counsel.
The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing expert advice on strategy to the board and senior partners regarding new business lines with expertise in corporate finance, compliance and corporate governance. A regulatory background will also prove useful in the areas of white-collar crime, anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy and data protection.
The role will include working closely with the Group General Counsel to provide learning and education to the London team on regulatory changes as well as maintaining a strong working relationship with the CEO and international leadership board who meet on a quarterly basis.
An international legal counsel background would prove highly advantageous as well as business level language skills.
