Conveyancing Solicitor (Part Time)

An exciting opportunity for a residential property solicitor to join a well established and experienced team based in Bournemouth.

The Role:

You will handle a wide range of conveyancing matters, including buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, lead extensions, transfers of equity and development work.  

The Candidate:

You will have at least 5 years PQE and have experience handing the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from instruction to completion.  Commercial property experience would also be beneficial.  You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
