Fantastic opportunity for a Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer to join a client-orientated and well-established firm in London.
We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer to join an outstanding firm with a modern approach to legal services. The successful candidate will inherit an existing caseload (mainly residential) and additionally provide assistance to current fee earners. Duties may include the following:
Responsibilities
• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Shared ownership
• Deeds of gift
• Part exchanges
• Commercial property and land law
• Landlord and tenant
• Enfranchisement law
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Plot sales
The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained within either residential or commercial property
• Solid experience in both residential and commercial property matters is highly advantageous
• Client following or strong contacts will be highly desirable
• The ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively is necessary
