Our client, a prestigious law firm in Central London, have a fantastic opening for a debt recovery paralegal to join their firm on a permanent basis on a salary up to £25,000 per annum.

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum

This opportunity is perfect for a candidate who is looking to run their own caseload and assist on complex matters on a fee earning basis. The Debt Recovery department is rapidly growing and needs a forward-thinking paralegal to join who can determine case direction and strategy.

Alongside this, you will also be required to correspond with clients, draft pleadings and witness statements for the County Court, draft Statutory Demands for service, draft and submit Claim Forms and Winding- Up/ Bankruptcy Petitions and ensure all necessary paperwork is sent and received prior to court hearings.

The ideal candidate would have prior debt recovery experience as a paralegal and a 2:1 in their law degree. This position is a permanent contract and we are looking to hire with immediate effect.
