Conveyancing Fee Earner

A mid-sized traditional law firm based in east Birmingham is currently looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property Department and have vacancies at different experience levels.

The Role:

This will be a Conveyancing Fee Earner role, the successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be required to run their own files from instruction through to post completion, work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running, there will be a focus on a re mortgaging initially although the role will involve aspects of sales and purchase and may evolve over time.

Requirements:

The ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner must have worked within a Conveyancing role ideally with 2 years' experience as well as be able to handle a large case load with minimal supervision, somebody who is able to deal with back logs or high-volume work would be ideal.

The firm will look at Paralegals & Legal Executives as well as Solicitors.
