Our Client has a vacancy for a Re-mortgage Fee Earner to work in their Conveyancing Department in Bolton.
This position will involve working as part of a team dealing with re-mortgage transactions.
The Right Experience:
Experience of re-mortgage transactions is a must.
Familiarity with Conveyancing Case Management systems is essential
The Right Skills:
- Strong Communicator able to liaise with clients and colleagues alike
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Meticulous organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritise the workload
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work as part of a team towards similar goals
A DBS check will be undertaken by the firm for the successful applicant.
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 9 a. to 5 p. - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Holidays: 25 days holiday per year (pro rata with commencement date) plus Bank Holidays and an accrual system after 2 years.
