Conveyancing Solicitor – Staffordshire

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well respected practice in Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will assume conduct of the firm's residential conveyancing matters and will handle a relatively low volume caseload of predominantly high value transactions. They will be the firm's sole fee earner in residential conveyancing and will be confident acting without supervision.

The firm has invested heavily in technology and has excellent systems in place to allow for more efficient working. They have built an excellent reputation based on their quality of work and act for a wide mix of clients nationwide.

This position would be ideally suited to an individual who is seeking autonomy, high quality work and a pleasant working environment.

Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.

Salary will be dependent on experience and is likely to be in the region of £30k to £35k.
