The successful candidate will be expected to show experience in dealing with a commercial property caseload including matters such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development projects and plot sales. You will have the confidence and experience to deal with matters with minimal supervision so it is likely that you will have several years experience in dealing with such matters
This is a far cry from other commercial property roles as you would not be just one of a large number of lawyers specialising in a particular specific area of commercial law, you would be part of a smaller team with more influence on the future direction of the team and the opportunity for direct client contact and the chance to help develop and grow the commercial property department.
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be highly competitive for the area. Fantastic progression prospects will be available within this role.
