A Corporate Group at a first rate US firm are seeking a junior Corporate Lawyer for their London based team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a leading US practice and a Corporate group that has won multiple awards for the quality of its work.
The Role
As part of the Corporate group, you will be working on a broad range of matters, including:
- Public and private M&A
- Private Equity
- VC and JV transactions
The team also has a particularly strong presence in the technology sector.
Candidate Requirements
- 0-2 years’ PQE
- Experience gained at either a leading City or International practice
- Strong experience across a range of transactional work, with a focus on private M&A transactions
- Some experience acting for clients in the technology sector would be beneficial
Salary and Contract
- £100,000 – £110,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
