A well-established firm in Daventry are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.
The Role
- The successful Conveyancer will manage their own caseload of Conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion and post-completion.
- The role will also involve managing a team of Conveyancers, which requires strong leadership skills and a business development incentive.
Candidate Requirements
- Around 4 years’ Conveyancing experience
- Able to manage own caseload of conveyancing matters
- Able to manage others in the team
- Capable of business development
*The firm will consider strong Paralegals, as well as qualified candidates*
Salary, Contract and Benefits
- Up to £30,000 dependent on experience
- Permanent, full time contract
- 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas period
