The Role
The Corporate team has grown significantly in recent years and the firm are entering a big period of growth and require a dedicated Senior Associate to join their busy Corporate team.
They act for a wide range of clients, SME's, local businesses and entrepreneurs, specialising in private equity deals, fundraising, management buyouts and management buy-ins, finance and other Corporate transactions.
The firm require an individual that already has, or is capable of developing the technical expertise to undertake a broad range of Corporate finance work, for a very diverse Client base.
The right candidate must be motivated to drive the offering forward by assisting in its business development and marketing strategies.
The Requirements
- You will have at least 5 years PQE in a Corporate department
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Be experienced in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Competitive salary that is negotiable depending on experience with an excellent benefits package
