Description

I am currently working with a Kent firm who need the assistance of a family law locum to join them on a flexible basis next week.

Applications will be considered from solicitors, legal executives and non-qualified candidates; however you must be confident handling a busy caseload of privately funded family law matters without supervision.

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Divorce

- Ancillary relief

- Private Children law

- Separation agreements

- Co habitation agreements

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a flexible locum position starting next week.
