Legal Counsel, Retail Litigation within a major Retail Bank

You will manage a varied portfolio of retail banking litigation as well as disputes in connection with critical banking services and operations and third party supplier contracts.

Based in either Manchester or Milton Keynes, you will deliver commercial and pragmatic legal advice to the business and senior stakeholders whilst keeping a focus on continuous improvement in effective policies and procedures in respect of disputes.

You will be a junior - mid level lawyer with expertise in managing complex and volume retail banking litigation with a good working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework for financial services products and services.
