Senior M&A/Capital Markets Associate - UAE

My client are an elite, New York law firm with multinational offices across the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The partners in the corporate team have long-standing relations with clients such as sovereign wealth funds, global conglomerates, and leading financial and energy companies. 

The team are extremely busy and are looking to make a senior hire to support with the multi-billion dollar M&A and capital markets work that they focus on. You can expect to be advising top-tier clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and capital markets. 

Key requirements:

• 4-8 PQE 
• Common law qualified 
• Trained at/have experience within a magic circle, silver circle, or US law firm 
• Experience within the oil & gas sector is desirable but not necessary
