NQ Company Commercial Solicitor - Our client, an award winning, busy central Brighton practice has asked us to find them a further solicitor to join their commercial team.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of NQ -1 pqe solicitors who have had a sat a solid training seat in a busy commercial department. You will be exposed to a wide variety of work; managing your own caseload and providing support and assistance to the commercial team. The team acts for a range of clients handling the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and terms of business.
