Agricultural Property Associate/Partner Solicitor

Badenoch and Clark is currently looking for a agricultural property solicitor to join a Top 200 Law Firm who are recruiting for their Taunton office. They have an excellent national reputation, with a very successful and experienced department.

The role is for a current associate/senior associate/partner to join the team and help improve and grow the department. The firm deals with a wide range of work including; planning issues, uplift agreements, acquisition and disposal of land, commercial contracts, farming disputes, property disputes and equestrian property disputes. The firm has a vast client base with a very high quality of work available.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. The firm are looking for a associate/senior associate/partner, the firm are looking for someone with a key focus on business development as they would like to bring someone in that can help grow they department. The candidate will have great client care services and be able to handle their own caseload whilst also be able to work within a team.
