One of the largest PI law firms in the North West are looking to add an in-house costs draftsman to their team. The firm have a first rate reputation in claimant personal injury and have a fantastic culture along with offices in Liverpool city centre. The firm have a stable and secure work source, providing you with excellent job security.
They now employ over 200 members of staff and continue to go from strength to strength.
The role will suit a costs draftsman with at least 12 months experience in drafting RTA costs, prior experience in negotiating would be advantageous however this is not essential.
The role will involve drafting costs schedules for negotiation, interlocutory hearings, PTCL, trials (both in fixed and standard basis costs cases).
Their in-house team currently sits at around 15 drafters and negotiators.
The role is paying around £25,000 alongside paid overtime and generous annual leave.
