Real Estate Partner.
This Legal 100 firm have an opening for a Real Estate Partner to join the team in their City office.
The real estate department is going through an unrepresented period of growth and are therefore keen to hire an ambitious partner to play a key role in the teams continued success.
The firm’s Real Estate team act for a wide range of household name clients, including FTSE 100 firms and multinational companies.
To be considered for this role you will need to be used to dealing with an array of major real estate matters including acquisitions disposals, non-contentious landlord and tenant work, property finance and property development. You should also be experienced at managing junior staff.
As you would expect at for a role at this level, working with existing clients and winning new business are also key aspects of the role. For this reason you should have proven client facing skills demonstrated by the ability to bring a number of your current clients with you to a new firm.
