PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - 4+ PQE - NEWCASTLE

THE ROLE
- An experienced Private Client Solicitor is required to join an established team of private client lawyers
- You will be responsible or advising on the full remit of private client matters such as:
- Wills, probate, trusts, elderly client matters, lasting powers of attorney and tax planning
- You will not be involved in the direct management of any other team members, as they are already fairly self sufficient, but as an experienced member of the team you will no doubt be involved in mentoring other fee earners as and when required

THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in Private Client law
- You will be confident handling your own caseload of files including
- Wills, probate, trusts, elderly client matters, lasting powers of attorney and tax planning
- Ideally you also have experience of working with high net worth clients although this is not essential
