A city firm is looking for Senior Real Estate Associate to join its busy team in their London office.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE working in a reputable real estate practice.
- The role has a specific focus on development work, including site sales and purchases and simultaneous sub sales property
- You’ll be experienced in dealing with all aspects of development work including site and sale purchases, simultaneous sub sales property as well as all aspects of funding arrangements.
- The role involves dealing with complex sites on behalf of some major national house builders.
- Ideal opportunity for a senior real estate development solicitor who is looking for more client contact and the opportunity to progress into a more senior role.
