URGENT - Structured Finance Associate (3-10PQE), Cayman Islands

We have been instructed directly by the Cayman office of this leading offshore firm to bring forward the CV’s of talented lawyer with between 3-10yrs post qualified experience in sophisticated structured finance transactions.

the applicant will ideally hail from a rated international law firm and be admitted to practice in a recognised Common Law jurisdiction for Cayman purposes (i.e. E&W, Australia, New Zealand or Canada) while it is essential that the candidate will be looking to make a long-term commitment to working in the offshore Caribbean with a firm that can offer interesting and varied work and long-term career progression.

The work is diverse and challenging with the team specialising in debt capital markets and structured finance with extensive experience in CLO's, securitisation and secured note programme structures as well as bespoke structured products. There will also be the opportunity to advises on a variety of banking and finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financing, fund subscription financings and general secured lending. Clients span asset managers, leading investment banks, financial institutions, public and private companies and leading on-shore law firms advising on a variety of finance transactions.
