Corporate/Finance Associates (3-8PQE) – British Virgin Islands

We are working closely with a high profile offshore firm that seeks additional corporate associates for their expanding BVI practice. Acting for a plethora of public and private clients, advising on a mix of M&A, capital markets, banking & finance, investment funds & services, private equity, (re)insurance and other corporate matters, this opportunity offers a varied and interesting workload that will appeal to those keen maintain a breadth of practice. 

Of interest to our client are ambitious, talented England & Wales qualified lawyers with between 3-8yrs PQE that possess a wide range of high calibre corporate / finance transactional experience gained at a major international or leading offshore law firm. A strong academic pedigree is vitally important as is a robust, technical skill set and the ability to communicate effectively both internally & externally. More senior applicants will also be comfortable in a 1st chair role, reporting to Partners and Counsel while supervising more junior team members.

Financially the packages on offer are extremely attractive, combining a very competitive basic salary/bonus within what is a low tax jurisdiction.
