Our client are a leading US brand who have been in Saudi as one of the first international entrants to the market. They have several award winning partners - for this role reporting to the most successful M&A lawyer the firm has had in Saudi Arabia.
Our client is looking for an experienced transactional lawyer but by no means an expert who is looking to work on high ticket corporate and capital markets transactions. A set plan is in place for the next 12 months for the right candidate with several IPOs on the horizon in addition to the regular flow M&A transactions.
In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- 3+ PQE
- International law firm exposure
- Fully bilingual with strong academic record
