My client provides a range of high quality legal services to both individuals and business clients across its offices and they are keen to expand their successful law firm with Residential Conveyancer for their Chester office.
This Residential Conveyancer role will consist of handling a full caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception to completion whilst working in a team consisting of a paralegal and sales progressor.
In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 12 month's experience as a Fee earner within a Residential Property Department.
The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is dependent upon previous experience but competitive.
