Residential Conveyancer

I am currently assisting in the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancer for my clients well established, Manchester based Firm.

This growing Firm has been in business for over 10 years and boast an excellent working environment with a supportive and relatively large Conveyancing team. They can offer progression and the chance to work with some very skilled individuals.

The Residential Conveyancer role would involve working a mixed caseload with minimal supervision that will comprise of freehold and leasehold titles, flats and new builds.

The ideal candidate for the role should be able to deal with all aspects of a transaction to include:

* Gifted deposits and verifying source of funds

* Help to buy ISA's and equity loans

* Drafting Contracts on sales and dealing with enquiries raised

* Investigating titles on purchases and raising enquiries

* Reporting to the clients

* Preparing completion statement

* Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications

Experience of a case management system would be preferred.
